The film, which Fox culled from her own life, shooting with a special video camera to create a survey of female dynamics across disparate cultures, originally premiered at Sundance in 2007. As Fox -- whose filmography includes 1987's Sundance award winner "Beirut: The Last Home Movie" -- pursues her career as a documentary filmmaker, she encounters and interviews various women from South Africa and Cambodia to India and Pakistan.
