I have always dug Joseph Gordon-Levitt, from success d'estime Brick to Searchlight hit 500 Days of Summer. But did I know he had Donald O'Connor in him? No! Check out his gut-splitting, floor-to-ceiling rendition of Singing in the Rain's "Make 'Em Laugh:"

I thought he was more than a little gutsy to even attempt this. And he carried it off very amusingly.

Fun fact: Gordon-Levitt is the grandson of Group Theater member, blacklist victim and "Pillow Talk" director Michael Gordon.

He's tied to the GI Joe villain, but would make a solid replacement for Ledger's The Joker in The Second Batman 3. He's certainly got the energy and grace.

I would be fitting too... the actors worked together in that Julia Stiles flick ten years ago.
