Illustrator Mario Zucca has created a stunning piece that compiles the year's highlights in news and pop culture in a single drawing. From the deaths of Roger Ebert and Nelson Mandela and the rise of Netflix to groundbreaking video games "Grand Theft Auto V," "The Last of Us" and the ubiquity of addictive iOS game Candy Crush Saga, it's all right here. 

A kind of fresco drawing for the zeitgeist, "Here's to 2013" was commissioned by PR company Beutler Ink. Check out Zucca's breakdown of the piece here.
