Stir it up! Kevin Macdonald's music biodoc "Marley," which scored raves at SXSW, will be the first ever film to stream on Facebook simultaneously with its theatrical and VOD debut on April 20. A shared social viewing experience will be had by Facebook users through Milyoni's Social Cinema technology on the Bob Marley Facebook page

The film will be available as of 12:01am on Facebook for $6.99, and a portion of Facebook sales will benefit Save the Children. Exec producer Ziggy Marley says:

“Helping underprivileged children is something that our father would do every day, so it is very appropriate for ‘MARLEY’ the film to be partnering with a charity whose main focus is helping children. Bob would be very happy."
