Oscar-nominated Shorts to Screen Theatrically on February 10

ShortsHD and Magnolia Pictures are teaming up for the theatrical release of the 2012 Oscar-nominated short firms, including those for animation, live action and documentary.  The nominees will be screened by category in more than 200 theaters in the U.S. and Canada on February 10.

Last year's short film theatrical release, the sixth since the program began in 2005, was a successl, grossing over $1.3 million in the U.S.  In addition to the theatrical run, the short film nominees will also be released on iTunes on February 21 and will be available on cable through iN DEMAND's movies on demand service.
