Lynne Ramsay and 'Jane Got a Gun' Producers Reach a Settlement

Is the "Jane Got a Gun" saga finally over? Following a legal dispute underway since last Fall, the producers of the troubled Western and director Lynne Ramsay, who vanished from the production in March 2013, have reached an agreement. Though the financial particulars remain unclear, the settlement is said to be agreeable to all.

Diane Ladd Will Star in 'I Dream Too Much,' from Executive Producer Richard Linklater

Three-time Academy Award nominee Diane Ladd and newcomer Eden Brolin have been cast in writer/director Katie Cokinos' debut film "I Dream Too Much." An independent feature film about a imaginative recent college grad who finds herself caring for her formidable Great Aunt in snowy upstate New York, the dramedy will also star "Orange Is The New Black"'s Danielle Brooks.

'Hunger Games' Director Gary Ross to Pen Jennifer Lawrence 'East of Eden' Adaptation UPDATED

UPDATE: Director Gary Ross ("The Hunger Games") is now signed on to pen the adaptation of John Steinbeck's "East of Eden," with Jennifer Lawrence attached to star. Ross will also direct, an announcement that, along with Lawrence's involvement, was made last September.

'Fantastic Four' Has a Cast: Michael B. Jordan, Kate Mara, Miles Teller and Jamie Bell

Fox's 2015 reboot of "The Fantastic Four" has found its four leads. Per Deadline, none of this is absolutely set in stone, but it's looking likely that: Michael B. Jordan ("Fruitvale Station") is Johnny Storm the Human Torch; Kate Mara ("House of Cards") is Sue Storm the Invisible Woman; Miles Teller ("Whiplash") is Reed Richards aka Mr. Fantastic; and Jamie Bell ("Snowpiercer") is Ben Grimm the Thing.

Melissa Leo Joins James Franco in Ian Olds' Wartime Drama 'The Fixer'

Melissa Leo has hopped aboard the cast of "The Fixer," from writer/director Ian Olds. Co-written by Paul Felten, the film centers on Gloria (Leo), the erstwhile hippie sheriff of a small Northern California town opposite Lindsay (James Franco), a volatile hot tub craftsman. The part of Gloria was written with Leo in mind.
