Robert Koehler Resigns Film Society of Lincoln Center Post; Dennis Lim New Director of Cinematheque Programming

Sadly, Robert Koehler, the Film Society of Lincoln Center's recently appointed Director of Cinematheque programming, is resigning to focus on family health matters. He will be replaced by programmer and critic Dennis Lim. Koehler requests privacy for his family. Lim will now oversee the year-round retrospectives, festivals and screening series, reporting to Kent Jones, who supervises all programming.

Alex Karpovsky of 'Girls' Gets Double Feature Treatment at Film Society of Lincoln Center

Tribeca Film and the Film Society of Lincoln Center are giving two films, "Rubberneck" and "Red Flag," by writer-director-actor Alex Karpovsky a double feature run at the Elinor Bunin Munroe Film Center. Like his frequent collaborator Lena Dunham ("Girls," "Tiny Furniture"), Karpovsky stars himself his films.
