'The Book Thief' Promo in New York Times Asks Us to Imagine a World Without Words

Fox's "The Book Thief" (November 15) grabbed some attention in Wednesday's New York Times via a savvy promotion. For the first time in the history of the newspaper, two consecutive pages were blank, with just a listing for a website at the bottom of the second page. News Corp Media Unit Now Named 21st Century Fox; Movie Studio Sticking to Old Name UPDATE (FANFARE VIDEO)

News Corporation has selected the name 21st Century Fox for its new media and entertainment company, which includes Fox News, Fox Broadcasting and its Hollywood studio. The new company's previous name was Fox Group.

Twentieth Century Fox Launches DIGITAL HD, Ridley Scott's 'Prometheus' Available Now

In a sign of the changing times, Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment has launched DIGITAL HD, which allows people to download or stream movies on HDTVs, tablets and smartphones. Over 600 titles from the Fox library, including "Prometheus" (three weeks before the Blu-ray and DVD release), are now available in high-definition from Amazon, CinemaNow, Google Play, iTunes, PlayStation, VUDU, Xbox Live and YouTube.
