The sequel to Kenneth Branagh's macho warrior epic "Thor" now has a trailer.

"Thor: The Dark World" is helmed this time by Alan Taylor, who won an Emmy for his direction on the last season of "The Sopranos" and has also directed a handful of "Mad Men" and "Game of Thrones" episodes. He brings his small-screen dramatic heft to this decidedly huge movie, whose Branagh-directed precursor racked in $450 million worldwide.

Watch Chris Hemsworth do battle, and Natalie Portman swoon, in the trailer below.
