Starting 3pm PST, the 66th Primetime Emmys roll out the red carpet! Live stream the arrivals below, via Yahoo!, and watch backstage interviews during the show with winners and presenters. The awards, hosted by Seth Meyers, begin 5pm PST on NBC.
