My America
Dir. Hal Hartley helms this provocative series of 21 monologues from American playwrights

Amen! "The Battered Bastards of Baseball" is a must see documentary! Even a non-sports fan should love the true story of the loveable, underdog, Portland Mavericks!

What about "The Battered Bastards of Baseball"? It's a very entertaining documentary about the Portland Mavericks, which in the early 1970s were the only independent team in minor league baseball. It just opened today in limited release and on Netflix.
