What's Next for Steven Spielberg? (ROUNDUP)

Never one to pull the trigger without thinking it through, director Steven Spielberg keeps a lot of favorite projects in the trunk. You never know where he's going to land--"Lincoln" took years to come to fruition. He's has been seeking a project to direct since back-burnering "Robopocalypse" and parting ways with Warner Bros. on Bradley Cooper vehicle "American Sniper," which now has Clint Eastwood at the helm.

IN THE WORKS: Scott and Zaillian Team Up for Train Strike Disaster Film (VIDEO)

Ridley Scott and Steve Zaillian, who previously collaborated on "American Gangster," are set to produce a project for Fox inspired by (not remaking) the BBC's 2003 docudrama "The Day Britain Stopped," which turned on the fictional disaster of a London train strike.
