As if bringing Tom Hall into the Hammer to Nail fold weren't enough of a boost of film writing awesomeness, I am even happier to announce the addition of David Lowery to the team of contributing writers. Tom and David are two of my favorite film writers on the planet. They are, first and foremost, lovers of cinema (and music, and literature), who write to express their enthusiasm for work that genuinely moves them. That they have the brain power to express themselves with such an admirable blend of intellect and emotion is what separates them from the rest (and, I must confess, makes me feel insecure about my own writing). As Hammer to Nail continues to evolve, the plan is to bring many more voices into the fold, but for now, I feel even more excited about where H2N is headed. Read David's first post, a review of the Zellner Brothers' hilarious and uncomfortable Goliath, right here. Welcome aboard, David!
