IFFBoston Begins, Ola Podrida Tonight

Can't talk much now, but I wanted to say that the IFFBoston has begun with a bang. I'm off with co-Independent Visions winners Meyer and Zobel to visit Richard Yates's daily haunt during his eleven-year stint in Boston. Don't worry, I'll take a sufficiently geeky picture.

I did want to let everyone know that the Ola Podrida record was finally released on Tuesday. Tonight is the record release party at Union Hall, which is a MUST-ATTEND if you are anywhere near New York City. Ben Crum will be playing at 8:30, and Wingo and the gang go on at 10:30. Seriously, buy OLA PODRIDA. As Todd Rohal said, if you don't dig the record I will give you your money back. It's that impossible to deny.
