Brooklyn Again

It's strange but nice to be back in Brooklyn after the Maryland-Ireland-Maryland jaunt. The reunion was pretty surreal but a blast (I confirmed that I have fifty-six cousins on my dad's side alone, most of whom were there). Standout moments were ferrying to Inishmor and biking to DĂșn Aonghasa, almost winning big time (for my cheap standards) at the Galway Races, playing my silly songs to a roomful of supportive family members, the reunion itself, and, in a runaway victory, taking a day trip to the Lakes of Killarney with Holly. If that wasn't the best day of my life, it's certainly near the tippy-top of the list.

Anyway, for all of you bored 9-5ers, here are some photo sets (from A-Z) to give you a glimpse into the fun times had...

Oh Oh OH!!!! - the photos are fantastic....the pictures of Inis Mor brought tears to my eyes...you got GREAT snaps! and I loved the two aunts dancing...SO IRISH...seemed like the trip of a life time...so glad you had that experience....

Anyone know where Brian Sides is these days?

i know he was in Colorado with Green somewhat recently and my sister also said something about him Outward Bounding but i'm not sure.

and thanks for the Inis Mor tip, Shannon. we might not have done it otherwise and it was incredible! except for when i went down that steep wet hill at like thirty miles an hour on a bike and almost smashed into a wall. that would've been pretty fun.
