When Hammer to Nail goes live again—I was promised hours ago that this will occur by Monday morning at the very latest—I will write a more thorough post to shed light on what actually happened. Suffice to say, what could have been an incomprehensible disaster has been averted. In the grand scheme of the world, two weeks without our brilliant insight is worth what the alternative could have been—i.e., starting from friggin' scratch. But I have concrete proof that the past 2.5 years of content is still there. It's just taking longer than expected to reformat and republish it.
For the record, I would like to reiterate that this technical glitch has absolutely nothing to do with the posting of my TAKE-BACK Manifesto a few weeks back. It's hilarious how many people have written me in the past week asking timidly if internal conflicts within the HTN camp have created this inexplicable shutdown. That ain't the case at all. Once we handle this situation, we can get back to the real task at hand: revamping HTN with a new design and better functionality. Don't worry, all you movie lovers out there. We're just getting started.
