What began as a nightmare travel day miraculously turned into one of those too-good-to-be-true scenarios that pretty much guarantees I'm going to sprain my ankle or get hit by a bus at some point this week. Nobody's wishes should ever come that true. But mine did yesterday, so I'll simply be thankful and hope that the good vibes continue.
I have to run, but I just wanted to say that so far I am in love with this festival. Granted, I haven't been to Main St. yet, so once I experience that busy madness maybe I'll feel differently.
Until we have some content uploaded to the new website, there's no need to point you in that direction. But by tomorrow, the ball will be rolling.
One more screening tonight, then it's off to eat pizza with the Zellner Bros. and karaoke with the Magnolia/Fantastic Fest crew. And then more sleep before the movie-watching marathon continues tomorrow...
