I guess I was mistaken. I had assumed by now that Netflix had established hubs/warehouses all over the country, but from the looks of it, they sure as shit haven't established themselves in South Carolina. The turnaround here is ridiculous. At least four days? Am I being "Punk'd?" Isn't there a hub in Charlotte? Granted, if I had a little bit more going on in my life this wouldn't be such a problem, but part of my purpose in escaping New York City for the summer was to fall into a lifestyle where a Netflix arrival was a big deal. And now that I've found myself deeply entrenched in a slow-to-no-paced existence, I can't get a DVD in the mail to save my life. (Stay tuned for more exciting updates--they don't call it "Boredom at its Boredest" for nothing...)
