Alas, it is my favorite time to be living in New York. So long to the mucky sludge of August and hello autumn! The US Open, foliage, and, most importantly, the New York Film Festival. This year's line-up promises to be as thrilling as ever before. Here are my must-sees:

"Look at Me"
"Vera Drake"
"Sideways"
"Undertow"
"Notre Musique"
"Palindromes"
"Or, My Treasure"
"Tarnation"
"Woman is the Future of Man"
"The Holy Girl"
"House of Flying Daggers"
"The World"
"Keane"
"Moolaade"

Actually, what am I talking about. All of these are must-sees. Stay tuned for a full report from the festival...
