Wheels Keep Churning

After a nice weekend at home, it's back to Crofton today to keep plowing through the cut. We're at 35 minutes already, which is obviously great for us. This thing will be finished by Friday July 8th at the latest. Hopefully sooner. Then comes the terrifying process of showing it to completely ignorant (I mean that in a good way), objective eyes. But after last week's work, I've never been more excited about the film. It's definitely a pretty intense drama at this point, but I'm not trying to do that on purpose. That's just how it's turning out.

Bought a shitload of DVDs from deepdiscountdvd.com last week. Too good a deal to pass up. Here's what I got:

"The Alan Clarke Collection"
"The Long Goodbye"
"The Straight Story"
"The Elephant Man"
"Morvern Callar"
"The Celebration"
"Buffalo '66"
"The Karate Kid"
"Better Off Dead"

Watched "The Straight Story" yesterday. Almost lost it a few times and shed tears, but my mom would have thought I was an even bigger weirdo than she already does so I held back.

Roger Federer is too fucking good, man...
