"Wimbledon"
My advice before plunking down some ducats to see "Wimbledon": DON'T.
Not that you would have.
This isn't even so bad it's good. This is so bad it's awful.
Why:
--The CGI tennis ball insertion is jarringly ridiculous.
--John McEnroe is offically the worst line reader in the history of cinema.
Actually, why am I even wasting my time discussing this? Any time I watch an awful film such as "Wimbledon," all I can think to myself is how I would love to see Robert Altman's take on this particular genre. Oh well...
