Sundance Rerun: Interview with Lynn Shelton - Director of Touchy Feely

I had never met Lynn Shelton before last month but I already felt like I knew her. She has a way of telling us stories about other people that are really about all of us. Her new film Touchy Feely is about a brother and sister, one who touches for a living and one who makes a point of not getting too close to anyone.

Trailer Watch: Touchy Feely - Directed by Lynn Shelton

Lynn Shelton's latest, Touchy Feely, premiered at Sundance earlier this year. We got a chance to speak with Shelton at the festival about the film, which focuses on Abby (Rosemarie DeWitt), a massage therapist who suddenly develops an aversion to touch. While Abby is grappling with this, her brother Paul (Josh Pais), a dentist develops "healing powers" that transform his struggling practice. The film also stars Ellen Page and Allison Janney.

Trailer Watch: A Little Bit of Heaven Directed by Nicole Kassell

Are we going to get to see a more mature Kate Hudson? One can only hope. This film will release on VOD on April 3 and in theatres on May 4. The premise is a cliche. Young woman gets cancer and falls in love with her doctor.
