Mariska founded the charity Joyful Heart Foundation which is up for a $500,000 Chase Community Giving Grant. Joyful Heart's mission is to heal, educate and empower survivors of sexual assault, domestic violence and child abuse and to shed light into the darkness that surrounds these issues. They also have a website endthebacklog.org that is educating people and advocating to change the unbelievable backlog of rape kits that have not been tested.

You can help them get this grant. Vote here by May 25. Here's a message from Mariska Hargitay.

Really. Mariska is a rare gem. Beautiful, talented and high humanitarian spirit. She is devoted to the welfare of victims of sexual abuse. She must and should have everyone's help.

When I see celebrities like Mariska my heart is happier. The vast majority of celebrities do charity only to show up. Mariska has the initiative and is dedicated to its foundation with soul and body. I will say here that thousands of his fans repeat all the time: Mariska is beautiful. Inside and out.
I wish success for Joyful Heart
