IFC Films has acquired the rights to Megan Griffiths' Lucky Them which premiered at the Toronto Film Festival last month.

She's joined by Charlie (Thomas Hayden Church) an eccentric documentarian and sets out to revisit her past and move on with her life.

IFC Films/Sundance Selects president, Jonathan Sehring, commented on the acquisition.

Toni and Thomas give fantastic performances, and this film is an effervescent and hilarious portrait of one woman's self-examination that is bolstered by an excellent supporting cast.
