I've always admired Pat Summit. When I was a kid I always looked up to her and I was not into basketball, at all. But my father and my older brothers were. When they watch college basketball, her name would inevitably come up. She was considered a great, even back then. She and John Thompson, Jr. always remind that it was possible to achieve greatness, no matter the obstacle, no matter the field. It is heart breaking learn that she had to retire early because of Alzheimer. My prayers is with her and her family.

If you want to see females get anywhere in the business, they have to make more substantial work.
