Melissa McCarthy Wins the Box Office Again

After Melissa McCarthy’s latest movie, Identity Thief, opened to a $36.6 million weekend and currently holds the biggest film opening of 2013, it slipped last weekend to number two.

But don’t worry, McCarthy’s back on top.

Over the past weekend, Identity Thief crept back to the top spot grossing a little over $14 million, a rarity for a film in its third week. Beyond that accomplishment, Identity Thief is nearing the $100 million mark currently hovering at $93 million.

McCarthy haters step aside because it looks like you are few and far between.
