As we previously reported, Alfonso Cuaron got flack from having a female lead in the upcoming Gravity. However with the great reviews of the film coming out of Venice and TIFF, it looks like those ridiculous complaints have all been squashed.
The second and final trailer was released earlier this week. The film follows Dr. Ryan Stone (Sandra Bullock) a medical engineer on her first shuttle mission with experienced astronaut Matt Kowalsky (George Clooney) on his final mission. When disaster strikes, the pair finds themselves out in space and tethered to nothing except one another.
Gravity opens on October 4th.
