Women and Hollywood is expanding. We are looking to add several columnists who will put together longer think pieces on a variety of topics of importance to the entertainment world. These pieces don't have to be pegged to the daily news cycle, but should address issues that are being discussed in the world and on the internet.

There are three positions available:

1- A weekly TV columnist- this person will provide weekly commentary and context about the ongoing TV season.

2- A Diversity Columnist - this person will highlight issues about diversity and women of color working in the entertainment business. (This column will appear every other week)

3- A Queer Columnist - this person will highlight queer issues focusing on women in the entertainment business. (This column will appear every other week)

  • All columnists are paid.
  • These are not entry level positions.
  • All pieces get pitched to the editors before they are assigned and are edited by the team at Women and Hollywood.
  • Please submit a resume and sample piece by March 28 to
  • Please note- you will only hear from us if we would like to interview you.

A word of wisdom- if you are not familiar with Women and Hollywood, make sure to check out the site before you submit your resume.

Good luck.
